Grüne Woche serves up the largest selection of regional German specialties to be found anywhere on the planet. It is a great place for the agri-food industry to test new offerings and gauge demand for their tried-and-true traditional products. This is where gourmets of every stripe get their money's worth. The culinary delights include classics as well as new and unusual taste creations. In focus are not only companies with long traditions but also many small producers with excellent craftsmanship and fine manufacturing skills.

Regional logos, as well as quality and origin labels, make it easier for visitors to find and purchase regional products.

Take the time for a discovery tour through the halls. More then 10 regions presents its own culinary calling card as well as insider tourist tips, from the coast to the Alps.

Numerous stages invite you to experience each region’s typical traditions, customs and host culture. Experience cooking and information shows, hands-on activities and music, and find out about the latest award-winning products from various competitions, product kings queens and, of course, you might also get to see some state presidents and ministers.
